Pregnancy, while it feels like in the moment, is truly such a short amount of time overall. But it is such a beautiful time of you growing and nourishing a little baby inside you. A time when your body is changing to make room for that little human that you are going to hold in your arms. A time when you feel little flutters and kicks and love in every single one of those moments.
From one mom to another, DO NOT SKIP THIS SESSION! Even if it is not for you RIGHT now, and you’re uncomfortable being pregnant or you are someone who isnt enjoying being pregnant, because sis same!
